5. Also the company/ contractor should be able to provide guarantee/warrantee on air conditioning equipment or heat pumps provided by them. The company/contractor should also be holder of a valid license.
6. Before the works starts if the company/contractors wishes to get receive some initial payment then they should provide the consumer or home owner with a proper valid payment slip. Also the consumer should definitely match the names of air conditioning or heat pump contractor in both the legal contract and payment slip given.
