At some point or another in our lives, most, if not all of us will find ourselves faced with having to spend time in a local hospital or outpatient clinic. It could be for something as simple as having wisdom teeth removed, as complex as a quadruple heart by-pass, or a myriad of many things in between. None of us can count ourselves as exempt from eventually having to spend at least some time in a hospital. If it hasn't been you, then you have been the exception up until this point.

When we find ourselves (or our friends and loved ones), faced with spending time in a hospital or outpatient clinic, we want to be assured that we received the best possible care. Most of the time, when we think of good care we think in terms of doctors and nurses, but what about health care products?
