Getting in a curvy & well-toned shape is not very hard. This just requires some determination and efforts. Having a curvy and well-toned shape of the body is the basic necessity to look good in all kind of clothes, traditional, designer, and even casual. A curvy and well-toned shape enhances the self-esteem of and keeps a girl motivated & happy. A curvy & well-toned shape of the body increases self-confidence too. Here are a few things to look-out for to get in a perfect, curvy, & well-toned shape:-

Eating – Eating a lot is not wrong or does not increase weight generally. But eating a lot of junk food certainly does increase weight significantly. Eat healthy food, more vegetables & more fruits. Eat a lot, but eat at short time intervals. This will reduce the temptation to eat a lot because the stomach will already be satisfied all the time. Drink a lot of water. This will also reduce the temptation to eat a lot all the time. Also, drinking more water means making more rounds to the toilet and this purifies the skin as well as gives a little walking exercise to the body.

Not sleeping properly leads to a lethargic and lazy lifestyle which increases weight and makes the shape of body deformed. Sleeping properly during night and taking a little quick nap in noon maintains energy all day in the body to do work, exercise, and socialize, and basically keeps body productive.

Daily Chores – Believe this or not, but daily chores form a major part of productivity for women. Cleaning and organizing house provides a lot of exercise and this keeps the weight in control and balances the food intake with proper digestion. Proper sleep is necessary for not being lazy about doing daily chores.

Doing Yoga a half an hour in morning and noon/evening everyday provides peace to the mind, relaxes the body, and certainly does get the body in an attractive shape.
