It has been a considerable time since the New Year began. Many of you must have started with that diet for getting that dream body. However, as they say, no good thing comes with a price. Unfortunately, your diet too is no exception to this law. When you trim and restrict your food intake for a more healthy condition, you are actually restricting your body to limited nutrition. In addition, you are also over consuming certain foods and hence the intake of the related ingredients.

So here are a couple of top diet plans and how do they affect your health adversely:

Cabbage Soup Diet Plan: All you tree hugging vegans out there, take a look at how your excess vegetable love screws up your health and for real. Have you ever heard that deprivation often leads to excess of the thing that is intended to be controlled? Here is a perfect example of the same. Now all you need to do here is eat cabbage soup day in and day out, and let the leaves take care of your nutrition. All goes well until your system says, ‘STAHP!!’. That’s when your taste buds and in fact your whole body starts craving for something good. So there ...
... you go again, from a tree hugging vegan to a smoked meat eating ‘red neck’. So sooner you get that fat around your waist and your tummy.

The solution here is to eat other healthy foods too, so that you don’t develop that craving. Also it isn’t bad to eat the fatty food in say once in two months and within control.

Atkin’s Meaty Diet: This is the polar opposite of the above, pretty much like the mental disorder and causing health disorders too. This includes eating bacon, beef and steak minus the carbs. Yes that the most significant thing, stay away from carbs. But this diet follows a curse, such as dizziness, low blood sugar and you may just hate your life. If you surpass this desert of suffering, you get the health you are looking for.

Again the thumb rule is balanced diet. A good of everything is better than all good all the time.

Thirty Bananas In One Day: No! This is not a competition to see how closer you are to your primitive evolutionary instincts. And you certainly don’t get the ability to swing from branch to branch and climb trees. But you will certainly get inflated like a hot air balloon that is about to burst. However, you won’t be getting any cramps once you are through it.

Want to be that bloated clown? Go ahead.

Tapeworm Diet: After turning into a chimp, are you going to turn into a bird? Well somewhat. This is where you insert the worm in your body and let it consume all the waste in your intestinal tracks.
Not a bad idea, if develop an appetite for worms. Come on! They’re not that bad.

Go ahead with any of these diet plans but be ready to face the consequences. As we told you, everything comes with a price and so does your diet.
