Best Three Exercises You Should Keep for the Rest of Your Life
Exercising is the best way to keep the body in shape. Coupled with the right food intake and a healthy life outlook, it completes the healthy living trifecta every person should have to live a happy life. Not only does exercising gets the body going, it also is an effective mood booster. In fact, a recent study shows that intense exercising not less than 15 minutes per day trumps good old depression.
Exercising the body should be done at least thrice a week, in durations. A good hour-long exercise with rests in between is especially effective in maintaining a happy perspective in life. Although, excessive exercising also poses a threat to the human body. Excessive cardio, for example, is linked to developing cancer cells inside the body.
However, the benefits of exercising can trump some of today's most dreaded diseases like hypertension, high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, fatty liver and many more.
With all the exercise routines introduced in the market every other month, here are the top three exercises everyone should do.
Push ...
... Ups
When doing pushups, remember to hold your form and stay straight as possible. You should also do variation of the routine through making your hand grip go wider or doing it in an inclined plane. This is to ensure that all the muscle group in the arms and chest are covered - which is the main purpose of the exercise.
Sit Ups
Not only this workout is good for burning stomach fats, it also is helpful in correcting the posture and promoting a healthy back. The abdominal muscles are the muscles that hold the body upright, so training them regularly means maintaining what nature has intended our bodies to be.
Brisk Walking or 10-minute Cardio
Cardio is the ultimate fat burner. However, cardio should be done in intense limited time intervals and not in long marathons and hours of running. The most effective way to burn fat is to subject them to a short burst of energy, then rest. A good 30-minute brisk walking is actually very healthy.
