Disguising your baldness by trying out different camouflaging hair styles is not a good idea. One day, you might be left with nothing to style your hair. Think again? If you are ambiguous about the hair treatment, read articles online or reach out hair experts who can help you out. Hair screening is carried out by experts.
Male pattern ...
... hair loss, refers to scalp hair loss that occurs in a distinct pattern and is caused by androgenetic alopecia. Although such male pattern hair loss is common in men, it is also prevalent in woman. Traction Alopecia is a condition where in excessive chemical treatment leads to hair getting brittle and thus causing it to break.
When shafts are broken off at irregular lengths, in this case the scalp will be normal. Hair gets damaged due to pulling of hair, when this pulling of hair stops, your hair will grow back. This is often seen in kids and psychiatric patients, such condition is known as Traction Alopecia.
Pregnancy and post delivery may also affect hair growth of mothers. During pregnancy women do not lose as much hair as usual. However, within 2 to 3 months after delivery, some women may see large amounts of hair falling off. This condition can improve after 6 months of delivery. Typhoid, fever and illness for long term or post operation can affect your hair loss.
History of hair loss needs to be reviewed. Any hormonal changes, thyroid disease and anemia can also affect your hair problems. Any one who has had a high fever, major illness or operation, or a tremendous shock to the system (due to sudden death in the family) may notice severe hair loss out of stress.
The condition, called telogen effluvium, reverses itself within a few months but people who have a severe long-term illness may notice increased hair loss for the duration of the illness.
