They done there academic qualification from G.B.S.S.School No. 2, Kalkaji, New Delhi, than he done their graduation in B.com from Delhi University Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and they interested in Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut India. He was General Secretary in BHARTIYA JANTA PARTY (BJP) DELHI STATE. In 2003-08 Ramesh Bidhuri was the Vice President in BJP Delhi. Elected MLA in Legislative Assembly 2003 and again reelected in 2008, BJP State Vice-President.
