Be Successful In An Interview:
Always remember to reach on time for an interview. Best recommended is that you reach 15 minutes early, this would give you time to calm your nerves and fill out the application if any. The first foremost tip is to dress decently and according to the job requirement, as it would be placing your first impression on the employee.

• Do your research regarding the business, go through their site and check out the newspapers to see if they have made some achievements lately.
• Practice the interview, be ready for the expected questions and prepare their answers.
• Taking children and family always gives a bad impression
• Greet the employer with a firm handshake.

• Be calm, smile and answer all the questions politely.

What is your weakness? While defining your weakness make sure you make a positive statement too. Like “I am not perfect in spellings but I always have spell checker workingâ€Â
Define your strengths: illustrate them in the manner that you seem desirable for the company.
Why did you leave your last job? Avoid negativity like I got fired or I quit or I couldn’t get along with the other employees. Always use phrases like “wanted a career change†“it was seasonal or temporary†“the contract ended or I decided to finish my graduation.
Why have you not been working since so long: tell them you were in search of a good company to work with.
Why should we hire you? Be positive and enthusiastic like I would love to work with you and I know I can perform well.
Do you have references? Keep your references read with their names, designation and telephone numbers.
Once the employer is done he will ask you if you want to ask anything. Following are some of the questions you should ask:
Who is going to supervise me?
When will you decide upon the hiring decision?
What chances of promotion do I have?
What kind of training will be provided?
Is there a dress code to follow?
With these tips applied you would definitely be hired. Just remember to not to dress untidily and do not show negative attitude or lack of interest. As these points can make you not clear the interview.
