A proper healthy diet should include the fat burning foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. One of the most important tips of effective weight loss is having a proper diet. Believe it or not but eating less but more frequently is a great way of losing weight. It prevents you from overeating and keeps your metabolism running as well. Starvation is definitely not a good option if you want to lose weight. You should never skip your breakfast. If you put your body into fasting mode, it will only put your metabolism into danger!
