Beach is not fun without a beach body really and it’s just weird & embarrassing to sport a bikini with that extra fat in body. Summer is almost there but there’s still some time left to work out and get a good shape. Here are a few tips how to get back in summer shape:-

- Using the stairs: Instead of using elevator at work, mall, station/subway, and everywhere else where there is an option of stairs, using stairs can help to burn lot of calories and reduce excessive body fat. And yes, this works a lot faster than it sounds. Using stairs everyday can reduce weight significantly within a few weeks.

- Reducing junk food consumption: Junk food becomes very heavy to digest. Especially in the routine life of lot of work and having a family to take care of, there remains no time or energy to go to a gym to exercise or even work out at home.
