Shape Up Your Body With A Tummy Tuck Surgery
A bulging abdomen leads to plenty of problems and affects our lifestyle to a huge extent. It is not only about health problem but also for younger generation it is a kind of embarrassment. People may say a bulging stomach is a sign of prosperity but reality is something else.
Excessive collection of fat on abdominal muscles makes you out of shape. If you really want a perfect shape for your body, tummy tuck surgery can be the best way to get rid of the excess fat. With this surgery you can remove the excess sagging skin of the abdomen. This operation is most beneficial for those women who want to shed abdominal skin after pregnancy. Also those women who suddenly loose excessive weight because of dieting can get huge help from this surgery. For those who suffer from both excessive fat and baggy skin can undergo liposuction and skin resection at the same time with the tummy tuck surgery.
One most important factor about this surgery is the cost. Therefore, it is important that you get hold of the right tummy tuck clinic. However, the quality of this surgery is a more important issue.
Let us have a quick look ...
... of the surgical procedure involved in this surgery:
Before starting the operation, the amount of lax skin on the abdomen to be removed is pre-marked. The whole surgical process is performed under general anesthesia. The first step in the surgical procedure is the separation of skin and lifting it from the abdominal muscles all the way to rib cage. When the abdominal skin is lifted from the muscles, umbilicus is separated on the stalk from the skin around. Then surgeons approximate the lax muscle in midline by plication with the help of non-absorbable suture.
Hips are flexed and upper abdominal skin flap is pulled downwards so that it can be anchored to the lower flap with key sutures. After this a small hole is made in the skin which is over the umbilicus and then it is brought via the hole and is also sutured all around. On either side of the incision and the sutured skin two drains are placed. Finally to keep the skin tight, sutured incision is draped with plasters.
You can get these plasters removed at first post operative visit after two days.
Once the tummy tuck surgery is over, you also need to take care of your diet. There might also be few complications but you don’t need to worry about them. Weight loss surgery in India is popular and many people from all over the world come here for this operation. Thus, to get rid of excess fat and shape up your body, get hooked to a genuine clinic where this type of surgery is performed.
