Carpe Diem--seize The Day For A Residual Income Online?

Years ago, while in College, a friend of mine told me that his outlook in life could be summarized in a simple line. That line is "Carpe Diem." I tried to look like I knew exactly what he was talking about, because he was a year or two younger than me, and in my my advanced age at the time, I should have run into those words already.

Whether or not he called my bluff, he continued to explain what it was. "Carpe Diem" are latin words. Carpe means Grab or Seize. Diem means "the Day." Literally translated, it means "Grab the Day." It implies that one should seize the moment, take a hold of the opportunity when it comes along, and not passively sit by and wait for the golden moment to arrive.

Gold comes in a rough form and those who recognize it will grab the day, seize the opportunity, the moment. They will squeeze the "liquid of the gods" from the hard and rough rock, and make beauty from it.

Apparently my friend's slogan has done well for him. He discovered me on Facebook the other day, and I asked him where in the world he was and what he was doing. He was the vice president of an organization with ...
... about 500 members, and will be taking over the outfit within a couple of years. He grabbed the day and seized the opportunity.

I am not the type to brag about myself, but since no one else is doing it, I shall therefore proceed to do this menial job. I hope you appreciate my humor, because I am just joking. Of course there are hundreds of fans out there singing my praises. Okay, all joking put aside and back to becoming serious again.

I too have had my ups and downs. I know what a thrill it is to have a happy family, a good wife, wonderful children and provide for them. I have had the joys to discover how make money by hard work and a little smart work with it. I read the other day, while I was waiting somewhere, these words which make a lot of sense to me: "The harder I work, the luckier I get." Isn't that true. I can attest that there are multiple times when seeming "luck" fell into my lap, but again-it was preceded by hard work.

I know how to spot an opportunity and make the best of it. And once I have spotted the opportunity, I give it my all. Sometimes it hurts me though, but the same philosophy gets me back on me feet, prospering and making success in life. I guess Carpe Diem has played its pleasant magic on me too. I have made money and created wealth buying and selling houses. One day I will probably do some commercial project and rake in millions of dollars, but in the mean time, despite the setbacks and the hurts in the real estate market, it felt good to make more than $40,000.00 a couple of times on a single family house.

In any industry there are bear markets and bull markets. Bear markets refer to markets or industries that go down. Bull markets go up. Real estate has gone bearish, and as of this writing it has probably hit a bottom. It is bound to go bullish soon, perhaps in the next couple of years. In the mean time I am not touching real estate!

But I will tell you what I have touched. And I have immersed myself into it-the Internet Wealth Creation industry! This industry is so good, it makes me feel that I worked too hard in the real estate market. Why am I telling you this? Because, like it or not-the planet has become a cyber driven village! Those who know what they are doing will get involved in making money online, because their clientele is just going to increase and increase! I tell you straight up: Don't delay.
