Guys and Dolls musical has been an all time favorite theater production, right from the time it was first staged in 1950. Back then, it won several Tony awards for being the Best Musical, Best Actor in a Musical, Best Featured Actress in a Musical, Best Choreography, and Best Director - George S. Kaufman. It also won the Theater World Award. Then in 1977 and in 1994, Guys and Dolls again won the Theater World Award.
