It is organized since 1998 and every year attracts lots of film stars and movie lovers. Besides, if you go to Malaga in March, you can take part in the International Festival of Choirs called ´Malaga sings in spring´. There are 1.500 participants from 5 continents. Apart from performances, there are also some meetings and conferences about the musical subjects. It´s a great opportunity to learn more and see other face of the choir music.
Malaga is also well-known for the Carnival celebrations. This is one of the most popular fiestas in Spain. It starts with meeting of groups of singers, bands of street musicians and parades. Besides, each district organizes its session with Carnival songs as an essential part of fun. These are multicultural celebrations, very colorful and spontaneous. It´s recommended to everyone, regardless of the age.
