We're not entirely safe from getting wrinkles, age spots and other signs of aging of the skin, but women have a tendency to want to postpone the aging process for as long as they can so they can enjoy younger looking skin much longer. Do you work on the fifth floor? Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
6. Drink more water. If you've got wrinkles, chances are your skin isn't properly hydrated. It's impossible to prevent wrinkles; they're going to turn up at some time -- but you'd rather they appear later. You can do this if you drink no less than 8 glasses of water each day.
