I just wanted to give some hints on buying a foreclosed house. first rule, make sure you buy well under the value of the property. That means, you are getting a property that is well under valued. The house could be valued sixty thousand below appraised value. But will require a hundred thousand in repairs. Be careful before you buy. the house will need a good inspection. If the property does need repaired, get some bids from some contractors.If you do need repairs on you property, get at least three bids on the work. After you get the bids double it. It almost always cost more than you think its going to cost.
