"The energy production from a wall is not as great as that from a roof, since walls may be shaded a portion of the day. But using the technology developed for our roof panels has demonstrated that sun facing walls can provide an alternative surface for mounting solar panels. Walls that have exposure to sunlight can equal the energy conversion found elsewhere in more conventional positioning. Energy can be generated from anywhere there is direct sunlight!"
Earlier this year, Solinator demonstrated that solar power does not need to be generated from large plants in open fields. It is cost effective to have integrated solar energy within homes and commercial buildings. Solinator are making plans to increase distribution of their panels to the USA and Asia.

Discerning and conscientious consumers also want to know if the product was sourced in an environmentally responsible way. From production to consumption, they want assurance that the the product has the smallest carbon footprint. It has become difficult to justify transporting water from the middle of Europe to our loyal markets across the globe.
Artico will continue to source the water for their flagship product from the mineral rich and pure underwater stream in Switzerland as they have done so for over a century. However, we are searching for water sources with similar mineral content and purity that we can utilise which are closer to our key markets. We will bottle and distribute this water in an environmentally responsible manner, in line with Artico's corporate values and in response to the concerns of our customers."
Although there are many challenges ahead for Artico, it is hoped that their reputation and experience will enable the company to source and bring to market delicious new water products. Water connoisseurs from around the world look forward to future announcements and applaud Artico's responsible stance.
