Email communication includes two leading email clients namely the Lotus Notes and MS Outlook. When compared together, the MS Outlook is much easier and effective email communication tool. • Train employees for effective MS Outlook handling – Basic training for better and effective MS Outlook handling is necessary. You do not want your employees coming and saying they do not know how to use the new email application, so training them in advance would be a wise move on your part.
