I do a lot of travelling for my job. Running a small business with clients in Europe and North America means I am always hopping on and off planes a few times a week. So I am always looking for travel arrangements that are cost effective. In an ideal trip I would find, cheap hotel, actually cheap hotels both in mainland Europe and the UK. I would find a cheap flight, and a cheap hotel in London, so I can rest before getting back to base.

Finding cheap hotels, especially cheap hotels in London is no easy task. Actually compared to many places in the world, a cheap hotel in the UK, is not an easy thing to find. I have spent many an hour on several sites looking for somewhere I can crash before starting a new day with my nose to the grindstone. Cheap hotels in the UK, are hard to find, and cheap hotels in London, are even harder.

It is one of those things you really begrudge paying to be honest. Nearly anywhere else in the world, you can get a bed fairly cheaply if you do not mind roughing it. When you get as tired as I do, after coming back from long business ...
... trips, the last thing you want is a four hour drive to get home.

Cheap flights are fairly easy to come by, so why is finding a cheap hotel in the cheap package holidays UK, so difficult? I mean there are loads and yet we pay through the nose unless we strike it lucky, and this is so so rare, or we have to plan our journey months and months in advance, and in my world that is really difficult.

A lot of people say they would like visit the UK, but the cost of accommodation puts them off. Maybe if they could find cheap hotels in London, or even one cheap hotel in London, they would be more inclined to visit and boost our economy. Finding a cheap hotels London in the UK, gives the same euphoric feeling as finding oil. Just so rare.

Also, if less well known places had cheap hotels, that could maybe generate a bit of tourist growth, so cheap hotels in the UK which are easy to find, could well be a good feature in deprived areas. It makes sense if you think about it. A cheap hotel in the UK, could get so much business even as just a stop over, that it could lead to others.
