The rumor is spreading large and high about Sony Ericsson Xperia X2, regarding its launch in the market. The mobile phone is awaiting its entry and thereby keeping the anxious users in suspense about it. Every cloud has a silver lining after all. Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 may have 512 MB of RAM and a Qualcomm MSM7200 chipset with a 528 MHz processor. It may be using the Windows mobile 6.5 version.
