‘binny’s Accusations Look Like A Note Penned Down By Bjp’, Yogendra Yadav
Politics is full of wonders in our nation. Every now and then sensational news keeps popping up in the world of politics. With the approach of the Lok Sabha polls due in May, it seems that the pot of political news will never be empty soon. It may be the grand old party or the newly emerged party; controversies have never left their side. Just a year old Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has also been surrounded by controversy in the recent times. AAP member and its MLA from Laxminagar, Vinod Kumar Binny landed up with a long list of allegations about AAP and the party chief Arvind Kejriwal few days ago.
Binny alleged the chief minister of Delhi as a ‘dictator’ and that he and his party have moved away from the promises they have made prior to Assembly elections. They have not fulfilled any of the promises that have been made by them. Addressing to the media he said that the party have been cheating the people of the state and around 90 percent people feel cheated by the newly formed government. Binny is reported to be upset with the AAP top officials from the time he was denied the Lok Sabha ticket by the party.
He ...
... seemed to be in a state of shock after the denial of a good portfolio in the cabinet. He stated that the party has used his name to get maximum votes in the Delhi assembly elections but on the other hand he did not gain anything from the party. He even accused Kejriwal to have close link ups with Congress party member Sandeep Dikshit. He alleged that AAP acts on the behest of Congress. He added that Kejriwal has promised to provide 700 liters of water in each household before the results, but after the results the promise came up with a clause referring those who use more than 700 liters will pay the whole amount. The second point was with the passing of the Lokpal Bill, it was said to be conducted within 15 days of coming to power but 19 days have passed but draft of the bill is still not prepared.
Binny even warned to go on a hunger strike that will start from January 27 in Jantar Mantar if AAP does not live up to their promises. Taking the current position of AAP, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) used this allegation against the AAP to work for their benefit. It said that Kejriwal and his government is playing with the people and is compromising with corruption and also duping the people of the capital. BJP state unit Chief Vijay Goel stated that AAP has been functioning as the B team of Congress and Binny’s protest is living proof of this.
Calling it a conspiracy against the party, AAP leader Yogendra Yadav spoke to the media regarding the accusations that Binny has made and tarnishing the image of the party. He added that Binny speech was as if he was reading out the notes of BJP and whatever he read through was scripted by BJP.
