The year '1991’ remarks the change in the economy of India. This was the year in which the 3 concepts of Liberalization, Privatization & Globalization were acknowledged and since then India hasn’t looked back. Two decades from where it all started a lot has changed; the entire employment segment has shifted its base from being an agricultural dominant sector to business & service prevailing sector. Hence it is essential to discuss how the change has impacted in the secondary & tertiary sector.
For many organizations in later part of 20th century, the goal during recruitment process was to gather as much information as possible about candidates. The trend has shifted and currently 'RESUME’ or a 'PROFILE UPLOAD’ is in command. Newspaper advertisements were given preference five years' back. For the past few years, however, we are starting to witness a slow but steady shift to web portals to help increase ROI. There has been a significant shift in online recruiting though it has not been the end of print media market in India.

The market is about to be flooded with new companies who are taking approach in order to offer something more than the lackluster matching currently available from the brand-names. One will see an increase in temporary hiring, too, as some organizations will be looking at flexibility during an uncertain period.

3. Leadership:

Becoming a good leader is a lifelong learning process. Leadership truly develops from the inside out. If you can become the leader you have to be on the inside, you will be able to become the leader you want to be on the outside. People will want to follow you and when that happens, you’ll be able to tackle anything in this world.

4. Communication:

Communication is an act of Transmitting and Receiving Information.
In a conversation, my brain is the transmitter and your brain is the receiver. The encoder might be the language I use to speak with you; the decoder is the language you use to understand me. However, misunderstanding can occur at any stage of the communication process. Effective communication involves minimizing potential misunderstanding and overcoming any barriers to communication at each stage in the communication process.

5. Charisma:

Charisma is a personality characteristic that is in reality quite difficult to define, because no one is exactly sure what it really entails. Someone who is described as 'charismatic' is generally viewed as having a very charming, persuasive personality, and often it's viewed as an almost supernatural trait, with such individuals being remarkably skilled communicators who can often be quite convincing. One notable individual who was often described as charismatic was Mahatma Gandhi.
