Giving a new face to the web, online shopping has risen up to a very good extent in the last 3-5 years. These platforms are building trust with the consumers at a very fast pace. This trust forces the consumers to first visit such websites where they find the best deals and then decide whether to go with the deal or not. Just like any service there are some disadvantages that one faces. Online shopping is certainly in one of the best things but it lacks one main aspect which every consumer wants to have. It’s the touch and feel of the product one likes to experience before buying it. As mentioned above there are consumer which first like to study about the product in the retail stores and then buy it online, there are some products online which are not seen in the stores but only online. For example the shoes, bags, and household items like doormat, a mouse pad, etc. these kind of commodities and the variety is hardly seen in the markets and the biggest irony in this is that the consumers trust the websites when it comes to quality, the question is how, how does on trust the product’s quality without touching it. Well, another question arises who will answer this question. Well nobody cares. Such products are sold at really low costs, so, even if the quality of the product is something like one can manage, the consumer even feels satisfied that they got such a thing in that budget. When we talk about hypermarkets, consumer when they visit it they end up buying other products also which they did not plan to buy it. Similar sort of consumer behavior is observed in the case of online shopping, consumers buy such products which are not necessary but since they are cheap and nice they feel like buying it.
