15 Minutes Guide To Lotus Notes Mail In Outlook 2010 Conversion

Email information in the Lotus Notes is saved with .nsf extension. These files contain various database information like journal items, calendar entries, task markings, to-do-list etc. By default NSF files are saved in the C: drive. It can be located through C:\Program Files\lotus\notes\data.
Understanding PST:
MS Outlook saves all its email information with an extension .pst. PST or Personal Storage Table files stores all the information like mails, contacts, addresses, tasks etc. these files are located on your system.
Converting NSF file to PST file:
First and foremost you need to transfer the mailbox data of NSF files to Outlook if you want to view all your Lotus mails in Outlook as well. The Export Notes software will prove to be a great help to you.

To begin with go to any Export Notes software website and download a demo version of the Export Notes software. After you have downloaded the demo version run it on your system. Search the NSF file which you wish to convert into PST file and click on the “Start Scan” button. Have a preview of the mailbox items. Now choose a location to save the converted PST file. Now click on “Export to Outlook” button. If you want to view the file you have converted to PST format browse the location that you selected during the migration process. In this way you can convert a single NSF file to PST format.
