Here are some effective man boobs exercises you can use to reduce your man boobs. The biggest man boobs cannot defy these exercises because we are going to get rid of what they are made of - fat! We do this by looking at man boobs exercises to burn fat, which are cardiovascular type exercises.

If you are not up to jogging, cycling or swimming then just start with walking - it's a good way to start and you can build up. You need to start with at least 20 mins at a time, and the more you do it the better as your heart rate will stay elevated for a while after you stop. Ideally go for a one hour walk at least once per day, twice if you can spare the time. Any of these man boobs exercises will reduce man boobs.
