In 2008 the Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot Series introduced the Sony Ericsson C905 which carried a digital camera with the highest resolution at that time - 8.1 megapixel. Not long after that, competitors pursued and they have no less high resolution but have more advantages: Samsung Innov 8 even with a larger internal memory up to 16GB; LG KC910 with a touch screen.

Sony Ericsson Idou's appearance is as attractive as the features in it. With 12.1 megapixel camera, it will be the fresh King of camera phones. This handset will be put into the market on the second semester of 2009.

Sony Ericsson claims the Idou will be able to change the way people communicate and help enjoy entertainment on the trip.
