FIFA 14 was previously confirmed for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It only makes sense for them to develop the game for the next Xbox and the PS4, though. Both consoles are expected to release this fall, the same launch window for FIFA 14. EA Sports promised numerous improvements in FIFA 14. The new Pure Shot feature allows for more realistic shooting. A Skill Games mode gives veterans and newcomers a place to sharpen their skills. The Global Scouting Network will provide players with better intel on prospective players for Career mode.

Presumably EA Sports will announce a special next-gen feature or two tomorrow as well. Soccer. Footy. Football. In this week's listing for The Drop, Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements touts FIFA's “host of new features,” including new ball physics, enhanced AI and better ball control/movement.
