Independent Research Firm's Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Platforms Report

As channel professionals look to manage partner ecosystems of increasing complexity, it is clear that legacy PRM solutions have become outdated and no longer capable of delivering the required level of service. The Planet Group was among the select companies that Forrester Research Inc invited to participate in its November 2013 report, "The Forrester Wave™ Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Platforms, Q4 2013". In addition, The Planet Group was one of a few mentioned vendors that worked hard to surpass the market share leaders, having a PRM product that was cited as harboring "more native functionality, superior user interfaces and usability".
