How To Attain Good Health?
The health of a person depends on the type of food that he / she consumes. You are what you eat, they say. A healthy diet promotes good health. Most often, it is observed that improper diet affects the health of a person. A diet must be well balanced. It must be a fine balance of fruits, vegetables and nuts. Many a times, you also need to supplement your diet with vitamins. This is basically done to compensate the loss.
A well balanced diet and exercise regime can help build immunity. Adequate rest and a stress free life are equally important.

Vitamin B - This vitamin is important for forming healthy nails, hair and skin. It also helps in converting calories into energy and helps keep the skin fresh, moist and youthful. Foods that are rich source of vitamin B are milk, potatoes, eggs, red meat, fish, cabbage, whole grains, beans, breads and cereals and bananas.
Vitamin C - This type of vitamin promotes build good skin. It is also known to improve hydration of skin, nourishes and refreshes it. Exposure to sun and various stressful situations also drains out the vitamin from the skin. The result is a sensitive skin. Foods that contain vitamin C are oranges and other citrus fruits, strawberries, broccoli, green peppers, sweet potatoes and others.
Hence, a balanced diet can help build immunity and good health too. You could also substitute your diet with supplements such as powder and medicines that can promote good health. They can also help improve the digestive system.
