Vitamin C - This type of vitamin promotes build good skin. It is also known to improve hydration of skin, nourishes and refreshes it. Exposure to sun and various stressful situations also drains out the vitamin from the skin. The result is a sensitive skin. Foods that contain vitamin C are oranges and other citrus fruits, strawberries, broccoli, green peppers, sweet potatoes and others.
Hence, a balanced diet can help build immunity and good health too. You could also substitute your diet with supplements such as powder and medicines that can promote good health. They can also help improve the digestive system.
