Varicose veins mean twisted veins. They are enlarged and usually become bluish purple in color. When valves become abnormal or weak, the impure blood accumulates in the veins causing them to swell. It tightens the weak vessels in case of varicose veins. It is not advisable for people with high blood pressure. The ulcerated or inflamed skin conditions could be avoided by applying the flowers of plants. They prove to be quite beneficial.

Vegetable juices will prove to be helpful. These juices should be of raw vegetables including spinach. Approximately, 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice would serve the purpose. Massage with the essential peppermint oil would also reduce the varicose veins pain. This oil could be prepared by mixing 30 ml of calendula oil, 2 drops of sandalwood oil, 3 drops of cypress oil and 1 drop of peppermint. This oil could be used strictly for massage with palms and not fingers.

Natural varicose vein treatment with different foods

Different food consumption would also aid in solving this problem of varicose veins. Adequate consumption fish, food with antioxidants, soluble fibers, eatables with different levels of calories and cholesterol can show good results. Butter, meat, egg yolk, etc can also be consumed. In this way, there are many natural and simple treatments for varicose veins.
