A bizhub pro c6500 Toner Cartridge is that part of a laser printer which gets used off, and it is also called laser toner. The cartridges contain a mixture which does the printing. This mixture contains a toner powder, carbon particles, and black color. A drum unit charged by electrostatic forces is used to transfer the toner to the paper. Rollers are heated while printing that transfers the color of the paper. There is a little container, in a small detachable case, where the powder is stored. This case is called the toner hopper. Now the A03UR70700 Developer Unit helps the printer collect the powder. This A03UR70711 Developer Unit is nothing but a group of magnetic beads, which carries a negative charge. There is a metal roller, which circulates through the toner inside toner hopper. The magnetic beads are attached to this roller.

The developer beads which have a negative charge attract the toner particles of positive charge. The beads are then brushed along the drum assembly. Since the electrostatic image has more negative ...
... charge the toner particles are pulled away from the drum. When the paper with even stronger charge, moves over the drum, it attracts the toner. As soon as the paper collects the toner, it gets spilled out immediately. At this point of time, the toner is just lightly set on the paper, and a mild blow will destroy the image. To set the color, the paper has to be passed through 4030R70200 Fuser Assembly unit. There are quartz tube lamps inside, that heat up the rollers, making the toner plastic to melt with passage.

But there is a technology due to which the toner does not accumulate on the Fuser rollers; rather they come with the paper. This is achieved by a coating of Teflon. All the Fuser rollers are coated with Teflon to avoid such particle accumulation. In the earlier days of printing, there existed only black and white printers. The earlier laser printer models were also monochrome. But nowadays they are equipped to give crisp and fresh colors. The color printers are also using the same technology as the black and white printers. The main difference is that, the paper passes four times through the rollers in color printers, to get the four color pigments, namely black, yellow, magenta and cyan. These four pigments, when mixed up in various proportions, make the entire color spectrum.
There are various ways to do the job. Some laser printer models have a set of four toner and four A03UR70700 Developer Unit on the roller. After positioning the toner unit, the printer imprints the electrostatic image for one of the four colors. This color gets applied to the page, and then the whole process gets repeated for the rest of the three colors. But there are a few printers that mix all the colors before printing them, and then put the image on the paper. There are more costly printers also, that has all the parts of the drum, toner system, and laser assembly for applying each color. The page in these printers just brushed along the various drums, and all the colors get printed one by one on the paper.
