YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) is developing 164 KM long Express Way starting from Greater Noida to Agra along Yamuna River on the eastern side of it. The properties in Noida-Greater Noida have become dearer. Only last week, the district administration of Gautam Budh Nagar raised the circle rates by 40%. At a recent board meeting, the three authorities of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway decided to raise the allotment rates of group housing, residential, institutional, industrial and commercial properties. The revised rates will come into effect next week.
With this rate revision, the allotment rates of group housing, residential and institutional properties in Noida have gone up by 10.41%, while those of industrial and commercial properties have gone up 7.5% and 15% respectively.
