Use Roller Weights To Improve Scooter Performance

Talking about weights, there are different types and each one serves a different purpose. If test weights are used in the grain trade, standard weights are meant for exercising with weights like lifting weights at home or in the gym. On the other hand roller weights are used in scooter upgrade. Here we shall touch each of these weights in brief to see how these are used.
Let's start with roller weights. For scooter high performance, many scooter owners opt to upgrade existing scooter parts with new parts and a new set of weights can enhance speed performance with better acceleration. Nowadays the modern scooters are based on the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system which provides smooth gear transmission. If you live in an urban area then you have to frequently encounter stop and go riding condition. In such a case, you can choose a lighter roller for rapid acceleration. Of course that will reduce the top speed but that won't affect you as your prime concern is acceleration speed rather than highway speed. On the other hand, if you frequently traverse on the highways ...
... then you can go for a heavy set of rollers. This will lower the engine RPM resulting in less rapid acceleration but you will get a smoother ride on the highways. To get the desired performance from your scooter you can always change the weight of the rollers. But always keep the external size of rollers same which means it should conform to the recommended size by the manufacturer.
Coming to standard weights, people who are familiar with small weight lifting set-ups are aware about this term. These weights consist of weight plates, barbell, bench, curl bar and adjustable dumbbell handles. If you are looking for a good starter set then you can choose these weights. These are cheaply made and are meant for people who want an inexpensive set of weights. You can always move up to Olympic weights once you have outgrown standard weights and would like to improve further.
Test weights are basically used in the grain market to weigh various grades of grains. Grain producers use these weights to weigh their produce correctly and as per acceptable range. Without these weights it would not be possible to weigh grains correctly and will result in undue losses for grain producers. Of course deductions are made based on moisture content in grain.
