Superfine Pulverized Coal Mill Produced By Hongxing
Coal is the main fuel in China"s cement industry. The particle size of the pulverized coal has a great impact on the coal combustion process. The fine pulverized coal helps to improve the combustion activity of coal and makes the coal burn fully. Therefore, anthracite and low quality coal with poor activity are grinded to be finer than the bituminous coal, i.e., the poorer the activity of the coal, the finer the grinded coal. The fineness of the pulverized coal is generally 80μm and water content is less than 1%. For anthracite with the volatile content of 3% to 8%, the particle coming out of the mill should be 80μm in fineness. A coal mill should be able to dry the raw coal which contains water and to grind it into the one with desired fineness. To achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing emission, our company has specifically developed the vertical superfine coal mill for preparing pulverized coal. This breaks the traditional concept that the anthracite pulverized coal can only be produced by using the ball mill in the cement industry, helping further save energy ...
... and reduce cost for the building material enterprises. Our superfine pulverized coal vertical mill uses the technologies of reducing disk speed and increasing grinding roller pressure to reduce the outward movement speed of the material. This is conducive to the stability of the material on the grinding disc. Our product runs stably with high mechanical efficiency when grinding anthracite and low quality coal. The extended grinding roller bearing uses sealing way to isolate the motion part between the roller shaft and the transparent cover from the dusty gas in the grinding chamber. The sealing is reliable and simple. The adopted short-circuit-proof, static and dynamic combined separator improves the efficiency of powder selecting and ensures the product fineness.Separate the reduced nickel-iron alloy from the discharged frit by the gravity type separator and magnetic separator. The separated nickel-iron appears sand-like particles with the diameter of 2 to 3 mm and it contains 1-2% slag. Its chemical composition is C0.1%, Ni18-22%, S0.45%, and P0.015%. With excellent desulfurization capacity, the product can be applied in the steelmaking process regardless of the content of sulfur. Meanwhile, the sand-like particles facilitate continuous feeding and they can make the material dissolve rapidly in the steelmaking process. With the new dry process cement yield rising, how to produce anthracite and other low-grade coals by using vertical mill has become an important subject in the research of new day cement production technology.jerking table: http://www.hx-crusher.com/n273.html
