My dear friends that is one of the important decisions that we can get in our life, probably one of the expensive if not the most and when we take it we have to know we make it right I will right for you session of 2 articles about this topic.

If your rent is 500$ and you have to choose between 10 years of bank payment at 1000$ per month to 27 years loan and pay 400$ we have to choose the second that way we will have little profit each month from our investment after the bank payment, and if the house is empty we lose 400$ each month and not more like 1000$.
