Set up a meeting with the best minds you've got, explain the situation and ask them for whatever might come to mind. You'll find that, often, the solution is right there.

Once you've gotten yourself organized, all you need to do is figure out the solution and then move on to whatever is next on your list.

What is the most important thing to understand is that you have to be willing to do the work if you want to build good habits for yourself. There really is no trying because you have to take action and do it. These all take time, patience and dedication--all of which are possible when you want them to be. You need to widen your perspective so that you can understand that you haven't got anything to worry about. Practice every day by finding out what you have to know.
