Tabla

Tabla is a leather and wood made Indian musical instrument that is found in pairs. It is the musical instrument that you can find at the time of Mughal empire also. ... ‘Dayan’ and the other is known as ‘Bayan’. One (Dayan) is played with the right hand and the other one(Bayan) is played with the left hand. The combine sounds are making some good and aesthetic rhythm that may give the charm to its listeners. The ‘Dayan’ is made with black woods and its shape is cylindrical and the ‘Bayan’ is made with wood, metals or with ceramics and its shape is a little bit conical and a bowl.

Dhol

This Indian musical instrument is also known as ‘Dholak ’ or ‘Dholki’. It is a barrel shaped hand beaten drum that is used widely with the folk music in India. It creates a good acoustic. The two sides of that hand beating drum is having one side with bass head and the other side with treble head. The space between these two is hollow and the structure is made with wood or metals. The combination of bass and the tenor creates a good rhythm for the audience.

Harmonium

This is the pure Indian musical instrument that operated through the blow of air. It is basically with the group of free-reed airophones. It is made with wood, the structure is like a tabletop, a flat bellows are in back that pumped with one hand and the air goes inside and with the other hand the keyboards are played. It produces the sounds that are counted by the ‘Octaves’. There are the keys that produces the low-note bass sounds and the high-note reeds are producing the high-pitch sounds. Any music can not be composed without this instrument. The latest Synthesizers are the advanced version of this Harmonium.

Sitar

This is the popular instrument that basically plays with the classical music. It is coming with the chordphone category in the lute family. It has a neck that is made with the toons or with the teak woods and the resonator that is curved and made with the seasoned groud.It has normally seven strings and sixteen to twenty-two frets that are being adjusted by altering the pitch.
