Like Games? How About Giving These Free Online Arcade Games A Try!

If you love the Internet and you love games, then you know that there are about a billion different free online games sites available to us. However, a lot of them are all the same. The same look, the same games, the same boring design. Recently I found a cool site though that is much different. It really got me going. Maybe it WAS the colorful design or maybe it just had more games than I have ever seen before - either way I could not stop playing on it!

These sites are always cool (even the boring ones) because it's a chance to sit back and relax without actually having to leave your computer. I'm a big gamer, but if I dare leave the computer - my Xbox 360 sucks me in and I lose track of time REALLY easily.

But with something like this - you simply play right from your computer and when you're done, you're done. Depending on which sites you visit you will see an array of games. Everything from old school retro and free arcade games to shooter, driver, puzzle, word, action, adventure and sports.

Really if you allowed yourself - you probably could get lost on a site such as this! In fact, you could probably ...
... play every game on here and not play all of them for a few months - maybe a year. Who doesn't love options?!? I know I do! Some of my favorites are Tetris (always and forever), Kart Pro, Bass Fishing, and Drag Racer. This site in particular also had something you don't see a lot - customized games.

These are games in which YOU have control of the game and can pretty much customize it however you see fit. For instance, here is a Castle Builder game you get all these different pieces like bricks, moats, flags, trees, etc. You can then build your own castle. It's just a fun way to waste some extra time - and get away from life for a few minutes.

I work from home so sometimes it can get a little stressful around here and these free online games are just what the doctor ordered. If you really feel stressed out - go play some shooter games - they aught to be able to help get some of your angst out! These sites should have the hottest arcade games - some do, and some don't.

That's why you should look around a bit and find a site with really cool free arcade games - and bookmark it! By the way you might notice I keep saying the word "free". Don't pay for sites like this. That is just crazy talk! All of these sites SHOULD be free. If they aren't - go someplace else. Some of them, however, will have a "register" option.

This isn't a paid option. Its simply a way for you to keep track of games you have played, games you have the high score on, etc. Sometimes the site might be super cool and even have a Trophies section! This is a separate area on the site where YOUR user name could be shown - if you win enough that is! Go ahead, have some fun, take a break, and beat some high scores!
