Akshardham Temple Is A Mesmerizing Architectural Feat

Akshardham temple is situated on the outskirts of Delhi and known as the largest Hindu temple in the world. This temple is the newest tourist attraction and epitomizes the centuries old Indian culture, Hindu religion and perfect example of architecture. This magnificent building was built in only five years and Lord Swaminarayan is the main deity here. This temple is the resultant of divine blessings, around 10000 artisans and volunteers worked with the firm determination and devotion to make this temple so special. Giant Screen: there is a giant screen of 85’X65’ showing a special feature film, featuring a child yogi. This 18th century child yogi tale is inspiring for general populace. This film was shot everywhere from icy Himalayan peaks to the wonderful shores of south of India. This large screen film covers many festivals and spiritualism practiced in India, this feature film is known as Neelkanth Darshan. The international format for the same neelkanth Darshan is called Mystic India. And outside the same theater a 27 feet high bronze idol of Neelkanth Varni is placed, this Murti is finely crafted and mesmerizes the tourists.

There is also an audio show which increases the devotional level and gives the message of ahinsa, morality, vegetarianism, family harmony and prayer. This wonderful presentation has become possible by the use of modern technology. Robotics made the statues more lively and fiber optic with light and dialogues with music make it astonishing. The presentation takes you on a trip to 18th century, an experience which is not easy to forget.
