Well if you are, then chances are you have tried all kinds of options when it comes to getting more people to see or get interested in your listing. Maybe they have worked and maybe not. But chances are if you are reading this, then you are probably curious what it is I'm "selling". Recently I decided to sell my own home so I have been trying to find some alternate routes to take in order to sell my home quickly and cost-efficiently. Now like you, I have looked into hiring an Agent or broker.

Unfortunately while these guys can help me out - they are also very expensive. So expensive that I might need to raise the listing price on my home. Now I'm already having a difficult enough time selling it - so raising the price probably won't be very good for me. One thing I found seems to really be working for me. I am having more people contacting me now than ever before.

So what is this super secret alternative? They are called Ohio Flat Fee Realty. These sites will allow a person such as myself to buy a package and sell my home on some of the biggest Realtor and Real Estate sites around. This is no joke. These Ohio flat ...

You will sell your home very quickly and you won't have to spend thousands on hiring on an agent and paying for their commission fees. These are Ohio FSBO sites but oh so much more! These can be found for other states as well depending on the site you are on. I find that on a lot of these MLS package sites you have a scrolling menu option that allows you to pick from any of the states in North America. So these programs arent just useful for Ohio people but for people across the entire country!
