Write dialogue that's relevant to different people, As people speak differently make sure that your dialogue is entertaining don't ramble. Get to the point don't write on unnecessary lines.
Another good tip is to write your first draft of your script, then go back and read it again get a friend to read it and ask them their opinion, ask them to be honest. Take some notes, after you have listened to their critique and go and make changes to your script if possible.
