There are various definitions of pastors some says he/she is a Christian minister having spiritual charge of god and church or group of people. Some says pastor is shepherd but the main agenda is he is accountable to god for human or non-human activity happen with-in vicinity of church.

Or we can a pastor should be a human being that has been transformed by the great of God and his faith in Holy Spirit.
A pastor is the religious representation in a community or group people of Christian religion. A pastor job is to work in Church and works to improve holy relationship with God. A pastor have multiple ways to train himself with focus a special religious subject related to Jesus Christ like supervision of Church ministry or working under senior Church representative or pastor. He follows the meticulous anxiety of church tradition requires, demanding fair character, some experience and educational background. I depends on your interest you can join the church as full time, part time or vocational.

5: To apply for the position of Pastor jobs you should at-least 10 years of experience as a leader in any of the corporate organization and what you have achieved in those years. A pastor should legal qualification of Bachelor degree in Art, Spiritual management, business and he should be well aware of latest technologies to meet out ministry requirement.
