Just as its name implies, in order to avoid the cutting wooden pieces rebound during cutting process, such equipment named as preventing spring back device should be installed on circular sawing machine, as usual, it is constituted with three parts including trail saw blade cutting tool, separating knife and brake ratchet, all of which play different roles in such device.

Separating knife is one kind of arc shaped reaping hook piece, which is always made from wear resistant sheet steel, at its front part of cutting edge, it is more smooth and round, as for its thickness, comparing with other saw blade, it would be a little thick about 10 percent. Be careful that when using saw machine, such separating knife should be fixed tightly at the back location of saw blade and it should be with the same flat surface as saw blade. After being grinded, the diameter of saw blade would become smaller so that at this time, you have to adjust the location of separator.

In addition, at the front part of circular sawing machine feeding location or the both sides of protection cover, there should be brake block device, which is also one of the preventing spring back device. When feeding wooden material, brake block will be up, and if wooden piece will shake, brake block will block it.
