People always wonder what the best directories are that they should be submitting their content to in order to get the best amount of traffic. Well, this depends on a couple different variables but I will try to give you the best sources that have worked for me.

You cannot go wrong with submitting your articles to EzineArticles. They offer great relevant traffic and get up with around twenty million unique views each month to their website. If you're a beginner marketer, invest in their premium account for three months at a time. This way, your articles will be approved faster and getting relevant traffic results within hours.
But it is difficult to get articles approved if you're a poor writer, or you're not offering valuable content to their website. Don't be surprised if your articles are rejected at the start when you're first starting out. This is extremely normal for most people. This is why their article directory has had so much success in the past.

Second on my list is GoArticles for submitting high quality content. You don't have to worry about ...

Sometimes users find the submission process a little bit tricky as you can work directly with HTML. If you're not technical and don't want to get frustrated don't worry about putting fancy tags around your text. Just copy and paste the article into the box and hit submit.
Overall GoArticles is a fantastic resource. They may not screen out articles like Ezine does and get that type of traffic but you still get relevant traffic that converts well into sales. So if articles don't get approved on Ezine, you can always post them to GoArticles.

Squidoo is one of my other favourite resources for generating content. This is where you create lenses and start posting up your content. Users may find this site a little bit more difficult as you have a ton of lens options that you can play with compared to article directors. This includes, adding pictures, AdSense, and various other Squidoo widgets to make your lenses stand out.
Spend some time here and learn how to create attractive looking lenses as you can make some serious money. It may take a day to feel comfortable navigating around, but its well worth it.
When submitting your content you don't need to blast thousands of directories to get back links to Google. If it's great content it will spread itself naturally across the web and give you the traffic that you need. Don't be the individual that spams the index hoping to get higher rankings then what you actually deserve.
