Article Marketing Tips For The Hyped Up Beginner
If you want more traffic to your website, a great way to so is by using article marketing. With article marketing, you can be perceived as an expert in your niche, you can get a lot of traffic, you will get great backend customers, and you will even be asked to participate in joint venture deals with non-competitive business owners in your niche. So article marketing is big time.
So why do people have such a hard time with making article marketing work for them? Well, simply because they don't do it enough. Most people write a few articles and then wait to see if they get 20 clicks back to their website the next day. It doesn't work like that online.
Leave the "get rich fast" mentality at the door and focus on building up a business that will last you for a long time. With article marketing, your main objective should be to put out great information, entice people to click on your website link in your resource box, then have them opt-in to your email newsletter, or pre-sell them on a product that you're trying to promote.
And doing this is quite easy. You will have to do 1 thing though: Grow to love writing ...
... articles. For some people, this is hard to do. Most people would rather record a podcast than to sit in front of a computer and type everyday. But if you want to be successful online, this is what you need to do.
Now you don't have to go out and write 20 articles everyday. If you're new to article marketing, start with a small goal. Strive to write 1 article per day. Once you become comfortable with 1 article per day, scale up your efforts and challenge yourself to write 2 articles per day. It's really this easy.
Also, make sure your content is good. Nobody wants to read a poor or bad article - no matter how long it is. Your readers know when an article is good and when an article is full of fluff. If it's full of fluff, they more than likely won't visit the link in your resource box because they will think that is full of fluff also.
So yes, you will have to become a prolific writer. But don't worry, don't afraid - just train yourself. If your day normally starts at 8am, wake up at 7am and get your article writing in. This is what most of the pros do (including myself). You can do the same if you put your mind to it and just stick to it each and everyday.
Don't seek fast riches with article marketing. It will take time to work, but it can definitely boost your sales and set you out as an authority in your niche. Eventually you will get emails for joint ventures, partnerships, and even guest speaking. All of this can be achieved via article marketing.
Take these tips and use them in your online business today.
Good luck with your article marketing efforts in your online business.
