To my surprise, only a handful would make cover letters that are well written. Majority of the cover letters are clearly generic, others are just applicants describing who they are, and it's sad to say this but most of the cover letters aren't really cover letters. People would just say... "I want to do the job", "Hire me", "I have plenty of time to do the work", etc... There's no way these people would be consider for the task.
