If your life is like a big card reading “no intimacy in marriage” then you’re walking down a path you don’t want to run through. Luckily, this lack of intimacy on your relationship is something couples bounce in and out of throughout life, and more often than not, it is easily rectifiedif both parties are committed to it.One of the rules of thumb when this happens is to communicate. You should try to spend from fifteen to twenty minutes per day just talking about stuff. Try to schedule this uninterrupted 20 minutes of conversation and talk about anything, even if it seems uninteresting.
Another thing you can do to boost your intimacy is to take problems out of the bedroom. For instances, there are a lot of couples that argue while in bed, because that’s where they may be more open to communication after busy daysat work or winding down after a busy day home with day-to-day events. This is not the best strategy – its just wrong. The bedroom has to be the couple’s safe haven and problems should stay at bay. Don’t ever argue while on the ...
... bedroom, let it be a room where you are always intimate and experiencing good things – sometime after this simple tip is in effect, entering your bedroom will make you feel intimate and connected almost automatically.

You should always try to boost intimacy even after having kids and even when your kids have grown and left the family home.Stop trying and just do it... Be sure to book a weekend away each month (or at least bi-monthly) just the two of you,it’s only 12 (or 6) weekends a year so you could make arrangements to drop the kids at your mothers’, or in laws’ or even close friends so you can enjoy those two days of bonding. Investing time in your marriage is the sure shot way of making it work.
The final tip I’m going to leave you is closely connected to some tips on how to be successful in business – build things together.

When you build things together, like business projects, you bond – you create something and you force yourselves to talk to each other, to share points of view and to produce something that is, like a son, the output of your bonded synergies.Sure, there can be obstacles to overcome, but if someone has told you that being married is easy, then they lied. It doesn’t come easy, but it is one of the most rewarding things available to us humans in this circle of life.
