Make sure they are clear about their starting points. From here, along with a couple of basic offers, the processes you've made clear will be easy for them to follow. There are at least a few informational pages that every web user expects to see. You shouldn't relate these to the sort of content that you want to offer. They are the standard set of business pages like the contact page, the FAQ, the help page and the about page. In addition to being linked to from your home page, it should be easy to get to them from every other page of your website. Remember that making your business site user friendly is just a good investment. And that's what this is all about, and you'll also show the search engines that your site is worth something.
