What Seattle Landlord Tenant Law Says Regarding Eviction?

A tenant, who is continuously harassed by his landlord on one pretext or another, shouuld take shelter under Seattle landlord tenant law. A tenant cannot be forced to leave the property, if the rental agreement is in force and he is paying his rent on time and obeying other terms of the rental agreement.
The law states that a renter gets partial rights over a property he rents for the time mentioned in the rental agreement. Until the agreement is in force, the property owner can’t compel the renter to leave unless rules are broken. Also the owner is prohibited from amending the terms and conditions of the agreement without the renter’s approval. If a tenant feels that the owner of the property is restricting him from using the property for normal use, then the tenant could approach the court for help.
A tenant has every right to bring an action against the landlord if the tenant is abiding by the rental agreement and the landlord is not. If you are a tenant renting a property and fear and eviction because of your landlords actions, then you should discuss the matter with an attorney instead of waiting for the ...
... property owner to take action.
Find an experienced Seattle landlord tenant attorney and discuss your case with them. Explain to the lawyer why you fear eviction and prepare your defense, in case your landlord tries to unjustly evict you. This is another way to allow you some time to find a new accommodation and relocate. Also once you have retained an attorney, your landlord will no longer be able to directly contact you.
However, a property owner has every right to get his property back from his tenant but there are some conditions that he should fulfill. The property owner should have a justified reason for the eviction. Seattle landlord tenant law gives rights to both the landlord and tenant. It doesn’t allow one to infringe upon the rights and liberty of the other.
Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, if you think that the other person is creating unnecessary hindrances in your path then you should take shelter under Seattle landlord tenant law. In other words, you should discuss the matter with a seasoned attorney and get protection from the unfriendly landlord or tenant as the case might be.
