Rental Properties- Learn The Tips From An Expert
I have been renovating houses since 1995 and have grown to appreciate quality products in regards to home renovations. The quality I have seen ranges from using better quality tools to buying better building supplies that cost less, but still provide exceptional quality.
Years ago I would buy cheap tools and did not know any better. I would purchase generic power tools or lesser known name brands in hopes of getting power tools at a discount price. It took sometime to realize the difference, but the better tools, like Milwaukee or Makita might cost more money, but they will last much longer which ultimately ends up costing you less money over time. Professional grade tools cost more, but you get what you're paying for, a professional tool with a top quality.
Through the years I have slowly learned to renovate various areas of a house. Painting and drywall were the first jobs that I learned and then moved onto more technical aspects of home renovations. When I finally felt comfortable enough to renovate a kitchen, I then discovered the difference between RTA kitchen cabinets and traditional cabinets.
As ...
... I mentioned before I have learned to not sacrifice quality and it is a similar situation with RTA kitchen cabinets (Also RTA bathroom vanities). The only difference when using these products is that I was not paying top dollar for quality. I was buying kitchen cabinets and seeing a quality product, but because these cabinets were RTA cabinets, I was saving about thirty to forty percent (30% -40%).
I renovate a lot of houses and need good quality kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. I keep some of the houses for rentals and others I try to sell. (Try is the optimal word, because the real estate market now is a little bit slow, compared to when we were flipping houses every other month). So if I am keeping the house for a rental, I want a great looking cabinet, at a good price, but it also has to be of good craftsmanship. The RTA kitchen cabinet has all of these components. Yes you have to assemble the cabinet - hence the name ready to assemble = RTA. But the assembly is quick and easy and the finished product is exactly like a traditional cabinet. Furthermore, if I am selling the house, these RTA kitchen cabinets and RTA bathroom vanities make for a great return on my money. The cabinets and vanities look and feel like a regular cabinet, but the cost is almost half the price. So it is an easy choice to use these cabinets over traditional assembled cabinets.
Finally, I found RTA kitchen cabinets online. I did an internet search and typed in RTA kitchen cabinets. Many sites came up on the search, but I avoided the paid searches at the beginning of the page and went to the real searches right below the top of the page. These searches are called the organic and are deserving of being at the top of a search engine. These sites are not paying to be here and are more focused on providing a good product at a good price. This is where I found my RTA kitchen cabinets and RTA bathroom vanities and since then I have been saving thousands of dollars - but still producing great looking kitchens.
I learned a lot since I started renovating houses, but substituting quality for cost doesn't always work, fortunately with the better RTA products - it does work and saves money too.
I have been remodeling house for 15 years, and I have the secret to getting high qualitykitchen cabinetry at an affordable price. Interested in finding out my secret? Follow these links to find out the secret to getting kitchen cabinetry at 30-40% below retail prices
